About The Position

Field Service Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch's Field Service Technicians ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are top of mind. This role requires a strong prior history in material handling equipment repair and service or a similar industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in equipment repair, service related or equipment industry.
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to use technical knowledge.
  • Ability understand and oversee adherence to safety policies and procedures.
  • Having high aptitude and confidence in the use of technology
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS AND TECHNICIANS pertaining to all Service needs and concerns.
  • ENSURE THAT FIELD TECHNICIANS ARE PERFORMING AT THE HIGHEST STANDARD as it relates to safety practices, quality of work, and job proficiency.
  • CREATE CONSISTENT SALES GROWTH being mindful of labor costs, discounting services, and maximizing gross profit.
