We can’t wait to meet you! Essential Functions Provide basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated equipment. Complete preventative maintenance and functional management inspections. Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records per SimonMed policies. Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction. Promote positive customer relationships, including non-service call visits and meetings. Confers with manufacturer’s representatives and equipment operators to resolve equipment related problems. Participate in training programs sponsored by SimonMed and/or other outside training institutions in order acquire the requisite skills necessary to perform the primary job duties and responsibilities. Willingness to be On Call on weekends occasionally. Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service. Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment. Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations. Requirements

• Should possess specialized knowledge in modalities such as MRI, CT, and Digital X-Ray.
• Good communication and strong customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to serve "on-call" duty as required.
• Must be willing to serve as a technical resource to others in areas of specialty or certification(s).
• Must be proficient in computer skills and telephone etiquette.
• Can accommodate occasional evening/weekend work as needed and is open to travel domestically.
• Bachelor’s degree in an electrical, biomed, electronic or computer science discipline and at least 3 - 5 years of prior experience
• This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
• Good visual and auditory acuity as well as good manual dexterity and the ability to be readily understood are essential.

Nice To Haves

• OEM trained by Siemens or GE a plus.
