As a Field Service Engineer within Collins Aerospace, you will serve as the on site face of the organization with customers, taking ownership of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex electro mechanical equipment. This is more than a service role. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring equipment reliability, diagnosing issues, and delivering solutions that align with customer needs and contractual requirements. In this position, you will combine strong technical ability with leadership and customer engagement, helping guide less experienced technicians while managing service execution in real world environments. With up to 50 percent travel across customer locations, you will gain exposure to a wide range of systems and challenges, including control systems and PLC diagnostics.
