The Field Service Boeing Customer Support Engineer is a hybrid role located in the Seattle Metro Area in Washington State. This role will support Collins Aerospace Avionics, Sensors and Fire Protection products for Boeing's airline customers. Employee will represent Collins Aerospace and support our customers by providing solutions to technical and operational questions. This position will work closely with Boeing's Factory and Flightline Production Engineering Teams to foster positive customer relations assist with aircraft production/flight test/delivery and provide world class customer support. This is a hybrid position supporting multiple Boeing locations in the Seattle Metro area. This role will have daily onsite presence at one or more of the Boeing sites in this area. Position may require atypical hours at times to support customer needs.
