Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering fields
• Proven experience in CNC machine repair or industrial equipment maintenance
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and machine software
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on CNC machines.
• Install and configure newly purchased machines, ensuring they meet operational standards.
• Provide training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain thorough records of service visits, including work performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to schedule appointments and manage service requests.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues and implement effective solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and advances in technology to provide the best service possible.
