Location/Division Specific Information Thermo Fisher Scientific develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and follow-up of allergy and autoimmune diseases. The allergy and autoimmunity product lines operate on a common automated instrument platform, Phadia Laboratory Systems, which supports both efficiency and cost savings in clinical laboratories around the world. This position is remote-based field role and located in the Columbus, OH area. Occasional travel to Cincinnati and throughout the U.S. Relocation assistance is NOT provided. How will you make an impact? Field Service Engineers (FSEs) provide extraordinary on-site service on highly complicated and coordinated systems within hospitals and commercial reference laboratories in their assigned service territories. This is accomplished through technical expertise, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.
