Requirements

A cool head under pressure and a professional, positive attitude.
Sharp communication skills and a passion for great customer service.
Strong electro-mechanical skills — think motors, drives, transformers, and machine magic.
A tech-savvy mind with solid troubleshooting skills.
A valid driver's license and readiness for regional travel (minimal overnights!).
2-year technical degree in Electrical/Automation OR 1+ year hands-on experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Makino machines at customer facilities.
Train users and share your tech knowledge with customers.
Bridge the gap between Makino and the customer.
Document your work.
Work with our Customer Support tech systems and lend your smarts to our Knowledge Products team.
