The customer service team is currently seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to become part of the QED Customer Service Team. This candidate will travel domestically and occasionally internationally servicing our customers in the US with some potential travel to the to Europe and/or Asia. The candidate will work from a home office at 1040 University Avenue, Rochester, NY, when not traveling and report into the Global Customer Service Manager.
