The Field Services Representative General (Customer Service) is responsible for the delivery of world class service to our customers by performing field service activities associated with service delivery and the maintenance of customer accounts. Based on regional differences and the business needs of the company, responsibilities and percentage of time served performing different tasks may be different from employee to employee. The general responsibilities are listed below, and the day-to-day focus is based on the discretion of the Lead and Supervisor. The Company is committed to providing a safe workplace.
