Communicate with customers to determine work scope. Generate customer quotes. Create quotes, customer/work orders, and tasks in Caltrol’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Schedule field service technicians. Communicate and coordinate with technicians during service engagements to understand work scope changes and how scheduling and costs are impacted. Process change orders. Documentation control. Track and account for all time and materials. Order and procurement of materials and parts, expediting parts when necessary. Prepare jobs for invoicing once complete.
