About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Field Scientist. This role combines technical subject matter expertise with field-facing sales and thought leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, a confident communicator, and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
This is a field-based, remote role that will require travel as needed.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Proteomics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in analytical testing for Biologics while in a customer facing role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70% for field support and events.

Responsibilities

• Support training and onboarding of field teams with technical content and tools.
• Support field teams with sales tools, competitive intelligence, and customer engagement materials by working with product management and sales leadership.
• Participate in customer meetings and events to represent the company’s technical and strategic value.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, collateral, and digital content tailored to field needs.
• Serve as a technical resource for internal teams and external stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on capabilities, applications, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with scientists, product management, and business development to ensure alignment on technical messaging and product positioning.
• Create and maintain sales tools, presentations, and collateral tailored to field needs.
• Other duties as assigned
