Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
  • 2-4 years of related industry experience
  • Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations
  • Capability to work well on a team and be able to troubleshoot and problem solve in cross functional team setting
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and present complex subjects
  • Independently engage and collaborate with coworkers, customers, and management
  • Must be able to identify problems and know when to solve proactively and seek advice
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Perform HPLC and HS‑GC testing, including routine method maintenance (buffers, standards, reagents).
  • Support in‑process analytical testing during manufacturing campaigns, including sample prep, integrations, tracking, and reporting results.
  • Conduct Kaiser tests or similar bench‑top reagent assays.
  • Carry out general laboratory operations, including housekeeping, consumable inspection, inventory management, ordering supplies, and organizing storage areas.
  • Assist with Results Utility and Environmental Monitoring (EM) qualifications and ongoing routine monitoring.
  • Perform water sample collection, identification, submission to QC, and retrieval of results.
  • Retrieve and document results for EM and N₂ samples.
