Field Sales Trainer

Requirements
- Maintain a minimum Net Close Percentage (NCP) of 22.5%.
- Achieve an average monthly Net Sales Leads Inquiry (NSLI) of $3500 or more.
- Engage in Rilla usage, our AI enabled software that records sales presentations.
- Maintain full availability for booking requests, with a minimum of 5 days a week.
- Maintain a minimum of 8 appointments per week, including ride-a-longs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding contracting and required paperwork.
- Exemplify the definition and role expectations of a Sales Coach.
- Provide references from direct manager and peers, sent via email to the VP of Sales.
- Complete Leadership "A, B, C" courses in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Obtain Costco Certification (Bath).
- Obtain Walk-In Tub Certification (Bath).
Responsibilities
- Conduct 4–5 weekly ride-a-longs with sales representatives to observe performance and provide real-time coaching
- Complete and review ride-a-long scorecards, identifying strengths, gaps, and actionable improvement areas
- Lead role-playing sessions to strengthen opening statements, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Review and reinforce sales scripts, rebuttals, and messaging for accuracy and effectiveness
- Support sales reps with contract knowledge and deal execution to improve close rates
- Partner with Sales Managers to identify reps needing additional coaching or bootcamp-style training
- Participate in weekly meetings focused on coaching strategy, training priorities, and team performance
- Maintain consistent daily engagement on sales team boards to provide encouragement, recognition, and accountability
