This is an entry-level field sales position designed to prepare individuals for a long-term career with Continental. The role begins with a six-month, predominantly virtual training program that provides a comprehensive understanding of the tire industry, the company, its sales strategy, and customers. This training includes exposure to various departments, special project assignments, sales and management courses, and hands-on experience through travel with current field sales managers. Upon successful completion of the training, Field Sales Coordinators will be assigned a territory in a major U.S. market, receive a relocation package, a graduation bonus, a company car, a gas card, a corporate credit card for business expenses, and increased earning potential through Continental’s Sales Incentive Bonus Program in addition to a competitive base salary. The position offers significant responsibility and independence, supported by mentorship and resources for professional and personal growth.
