Drive growth: raise Revenue per Stop by fixing distribution voids on core SKUs, executing seasonal and LTO promotions, implementing pricing actions, and maintaining beverage stations to standard. Spot and share: notify the ASM of inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, or new opportunities found during route relief. Pitch in: assist with inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer-related assignments. Be tool-ready: learn brewing equipment and perform basic diagnostics, repairs, and adjustments.
