You will: Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates Remove junk safely from homes and businesses Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided) Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance No prior junk removal experience required — we train you.

Requirements

• Upbeat attitude, dependability, and customer service orientation
• Age Requirement: Minimum 21 years old (insurance requirement).
• Driver's License: Valid unrestricted driver's license necessary.
• Physical Capability: Must lift up to 50+ lbs. frequently.
• Relevant Background: Experience in delivery, moving, retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, sales or general labor.
