What You’ll Be Doing: Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory ( San Diego area). Plan sales strategies and develop key relationships with customers, peers and suppliers. Ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare comprehensive reports per quarter with implementations on sales growth. Work alongside engineers and designers to provide tailored solutions to customers. This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals.
