Are you passionate about driving purposeful technology innovation? If so, Arrow Electronics, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Rep for the Indiana market. What You Will Be Doing Defining critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, planning strategy, and developing all key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling. Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models Maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts who may be determining design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges. Ensuring customer satisfaction regarding supply chain management and other value-added services. Must be able to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service. Ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities. This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. This position will require to be in the office every other Monday

Requirements

  • Ability to network, establish and build upon strategic relationships.
  • Ability to understand and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
  • Ability to articulate complex strategies and able to execute on them.
  • Proficiency in sales tracking systems, SalesForce.com, Oracle preferred
  • Experience in the electronic components industry preferred but not required.
  • A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years B2B outside sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Office Suite.
  • Required to be in office every other Monday near Fort Wayne.
