About The Position

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to provide customized, white glove experiences directly in customers' homes. This role involves introducing the latest technology and services, with a focus on achieving sales goals and offering uncapped commission potential, where top earners can make $100,000. New representatives can expect to earn between $60,530 to $100,000, including salary and commission, with individual starting salary dependent on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. The position involves working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T. Responsibilities include conducting hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The role begins with paid training, followed by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities. Representatives will connect with existing customers daily, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with warm prospects and close sales. Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience required
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
