We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined territory serving dental practices throughout the Kansas City region. This role is ideal for a consultative B2B sales professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and managing a territory like their own business. The Field Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing a defined territory of dental practice customers by developing strong relationships, expanding existing accounts, and acquiring new business. This role requires regular consultative engagement with every account in the territory to grow sales of dental merchandise, equipment, and services while maintaining a strong focus on identifying and onboarding new customers. Successful candidates are self-motivated, relationship-driven sales professionals who enjoy working independently, managing their territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, and representing a trusted brand within the dental industry.
