The Field Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible for providing sound FMC product recommendations to customers and other business constituents while effectively growing FMC’s footprint in central Nebraska. This role includes both people and account responsibility, ensuring all distributor and retail account activities are aligned with territory and overall regional initiatives. The FSR will report to and work with the Regional Business Manager to ensure regional targets and expense targets are obtained. The individual will be required to have a keen sense of teamwork and the ability to build effective relationships.
