About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on account management, developing new business, maintaining client relationships, supporting operational processes, and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of industrial and specialty chemical products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in chemical distribution, industrial products, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical product information and translate it into customer solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale support
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target industries
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and technical support) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts or overstock situations
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to align inventory with customer demand and sales forecasts
  • Assist in demand planning and provide input based on customer forecasts and pipeline activity
  • Ensure accurate order entry and fulfillment in coordination with operations teams
  • Help resolve shipping discrepancies, returns, and customer complaints related to delivery or product condition
  • Track order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
