About The Position

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to provide customized, white glove experiences directly in customers' homes. This role involves connecting with existing customers to introduce the latest technology and services, with a focus on achieving sales goals. Representatives will work independently, attending scheduled appointments to deliver personalized sales interactions, offer hands-on demos, conduct Wi-Fi assessments, provide tech delivery, and resolve issues to keep customers connected. The position offers uncapped commission potential, with new representatives earning between $60,300 to $100,000, including salary and commission, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and contingent on meeting or exceeding sales goals. Paid training, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities are provided to ensure success in the field.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official business use only
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
