About The Position

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to provide customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. This role involves connecting with customers to introduce the latest technology and services, with a strong focus on achieving sales goals. Representatives will work independently, delivering personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T. Key activities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The position offers uncapped commission potential, with new representatives earning between $60,300 to $100,000, including salary and commission, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. The role starts with paid training, followed by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities to ensure success in the field. Representatives will engage with existing customers daily, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively close sales.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official business use only
  • Ability to work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
