While a background in sales, marketing or customer service is beneficial, no prior experience is required for this entry-level role. Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous but not necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, clients, and team members
• Demonstrates strong negotiation skills and effectively handles objections
• Comfortable with public speaking or delivering presentations
• Willingness to learn new skills and put them into practice
• Basic understanding of the sales process
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
• Capable of commuting to our onsite Fredericksburg location daily

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with potential customers to provide an in-depth understanding of our clients' offerings
• Keep informed about current deals or promotions and encourage customers to take advantage of them when suitable
• Actively listen to customers' needs to deliver a customized experience and close sales effectively
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times to uphold a positive brand image for our clients
• Communicate customer feedback to the Senior Sales Manager promptly and accurately, offering insights to enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor campaign data and KPIs to identify trends and contribute to the company’s revenue growth
• Participate in meetings focused on enhancing the skills of our entry-level team members in customer service and sales
