The position offers uncapped commission potential, with new representatives earning between $60,300 to $100,000, including salary and commission, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Representatives will work independently, delivering personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T. Key activities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The role begins with paid training to ensure success in the field, followed by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities. Representatives will engage with existing customers daily, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively close sales.
