About The Position

Join an elite group of sales professionals at AT&T, bringing customized, white glove experiences directly into the customer’s home. As a Sr. In-Home Sales Expert, you will be driven to connect, using every interaction as an opportunity to introduce the latest technology and services and achieve sales goals. This role offers uncapped commission potential, with Sr. In-Home Sales Experts earning between $51,200 to $100,000, including salary and commission. Individual starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and is dependent on meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will serve as the face and voice of AT&T to customers, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by the company. Your responsibilities include closing deals by offering hands-on demos, conducting Wi-Fi assessments, delivering technology, and resolving issues to keep customers connected.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Be ready to drive for official business use of a company vehicle
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
