About The Position

Field Sales Representatives at AT&T are sales professionals who provide customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. The role involves introducing the latest technology and services, with a focus on achieving sales goals. Representatives work independently, delivering personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T. They are responsible for closing deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The position offers uncapped commission potential, with top earners having the opportunity to make $100,000. New representatives can expect to earn between $61,800 to $100,000, including salary and commission, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and contingent on meeting/exceeding sales goals. Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record

  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive a company vehicle for official business use only
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
