About The Position

This position is for a Field Sales Representative in North Houston, joining an elite group of sales professionals at AT&T. The role involves delivering customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. As a Sr In Home Sales Expert, you will be driven to connect with customers, introducing the latest technology and services, and striving to meet sales goals. The position offers uncapped commission potential, with earnings between $51,200 to $100,000, including salary and commission, dependent on geography, experience, expertise, education/training, and sales performance. You will act as the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to provide personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Responsibilities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. AT&T provides scheduled appointments with warm prospects. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for making successful sales. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record. Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
