As a Sr. In-Home Sales Expert, you will be driven to connect, using every interaction as an opportunity to introduce the latest technology and services and achieve sales goals. This role offers uncapped commission potential, with earnings between $51,200 to $100,000, including salary and commission, dependent on geography, experience, expertise, education/training, and meeting/exceeding sales goals. You will serve as the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by the company. Your responsibilities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The role begins with paid training to prepare you for independent field work, supported by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities. You will connect with existing customers daily, leveraging strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage warm prospects and close sales.
