About The Position

Join an elite group of sales professionals at AT&T, bringing customized, white glove experiences directly into the customer’s home. As a Sr. In-Home Sales Expert, you will be driven to connect, using every interaction as an opportunity to introduce the latest technology and services and achieve sales goals. This role offers uncapped commission potential, with earnings between $51,200 to $100,000, including salary and commission, dependent on geography, experience, expertise, education/training, and meeting/exceeding sales goals. You will serve as the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by the company. Your responsibilities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The role begins with paid training to prepare you for independent field work, supported by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities. You will connect with existing customers daily, leveraging strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage warm prospects and close sales.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Be ready to drive (company vehicle provided for official business use only)
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
