Representatives act as the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by the company. They close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The role begins with paid training to prepare for independent field work, followed by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities.
