Field Sales Representative - Houston, TX
About The Position

As a Field Sales Representative in the Houston, TX market, you'll play a key role in growing our business by building strong retail partnerships, driving product performance in stores, and representing the trusted brands consumers know and love-Serta, Beautyrest, Tuft & Needle, and more. We're looking for a motivated, results-oriented sales professional who thrives on relationship building, territory growth, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on retail support to deliver both customer satisfaction and measurable results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with at least 2 years training and/or retail selling experience with strong preference towards the bedding, furniture, durables, or other premium consumer product categories
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and prioritization of tasks
- Effective communicator, able to convey both written and verbal messages clearly and concisely
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
