About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to help launch a brand-new delivery partner program on Long Island by recruiting local businesses to join as partners. You will focus on field-based, door-to-door outreach to prospective businesses, present and pitch the program, qualify leads, and guide business owners through the application process. Working closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors, you will also help plan and execute community-based recruitment events and manage your pipeline in Salesforce. This position is highly mobile within your territory and includes uncapped commission potential tied to the number of partners you successfully convert. This is a field-based sales role with in-person outreach up to five days per week, involving frequent travel within your territory. The role offers uncapped commission potential, including bonuses per application and per launch milestone, as well as mileage reimbursement and a monthly phone reimbursement. The environment is fast-paced and entrepreneurial, focused on launching and growing a new delivery partner program, and you will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors while working independently in the field. Dress will be business casual and appropriate for professional, face-to-face meetings with local business owners.
