About The Position

As a Field Sales Manager for NSA-Bashin, your responsibilities include cultivating connections with end users to grow business, building strong relationships with customers, and representing NSA-Bashlin within a specified territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated. Your future career will have these essential functions:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or commensurate work experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Field Sales Manger, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and dynamics.
  • Exhibits excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Possess an understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting.
  • Maintains high personal integrity, sales proficiency, and a strong work ethic.
  • Interpersonal skills, independent worker, analytical skills, organizational skills, team player
  • Must be able to sit/stand for duration of the workday, daily computer use.
  • Lift up to 50lbs.
  • Carry and transport sample bags.
  • Be able to demonstrate proper use of safety products.
  • Daily work in an office environment or outdoors, interacting with others, extended periods of sitting or standing.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and understanding of Bashlin’s product line and their use and application.
  • Implement the sales strategy for NSA – Bashlin’s customers within a designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong positive relationships with NSA – Bashlin’s customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address customer needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while being fully aware of new products and competitive dynamics.
  • Active participation in industry related trade shows and associations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Frequent overnight travel is required.
