About The Position

Properly Done Pools is expanding in Las Vegas and we are building a new outside sales team to introduce homeowners to one of the most trusted pool service providers in the market. We are looking for a producing team lead who can drive personal sales while helping coach and support a small team of sales representatives in the field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling, leading by example, and helping others improve their performance. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions, performance incentives and bonuses. This sales team is operated by Sales Partnerships Inc., a national sales outsourcing firm that builds and manages dedicated sales teams for growing brands. You will represent Properly Done Pools in the Las Vegas market while receiving training, coaching, and support from experienced sales leaders. Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in outside sales or direct sales
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport with homeowners
  • Self motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods for several hours per day
  • Reliable transportation for traveling between neighborhoods
  • Someone who enjoys helping others succeed while also producing strong personal results

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership experience is helpful but not required if you have a strong sales background.

Responsibilities

  • Generate personal sales by engaging homeowners in residential neighborhoods
  • Identify homes with pools and introduce Properly Done pool services
  • Schedule service consultations or enroll customers directly depending on the situation
  • Support and coach a small team of outside sales representatives in the field
  • Lead by example with strong daily activity and sales performance
  • Provide feedback and encouragement to help reps improve their results
  • Work closely with program leadership to track team performance and activity
  • Represent the Properly Done brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
