The Mission Sales Partnerships, Inc. is building a high-performance field sales team in Miami to drive growth for our client, a commission-free online ordering and delivery platform helping restaurants reclaim margin and control from third-party apps. You will lead from the front, coaching the team while maintaining your own book of new business and driving results alongside them. This is not a desk job. This is a performance role. You will coach, hold accountable, and drive results while carrying your own sales target. We are looking for someone who understands that reality of field sales and thrives in it.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B field sales experience in the restaurant industry
  • 1–3 years leading small sales teams preferred
  • Background in merchant services, POS, telecom, payroll, beverage distribution, restaurant tech, or similar B2B field sales
  • Experience selling directly to small business owners
  • Proven record of hitting quota consistently
  • Comfortable coaching in the field, not just in meetings
  • Metrics-driven and performance-obsessed
  • Market Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish
  • High drive and competitiveness

  • Moves quickly on performance issues

Responsibilities

  • Drive team performance and daily execution in the Miami market
  • Lead, coach, and develop field Sales Representatives
  • Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching sessions
  • Monitor KPIs and productivity daily
  • Maintain accountability standards across the team
  • Partner directly with the VP of Sales/Consulting and the client
  • Provide performance reporting and pipeline visibility
  • Personally close new business and hit an individual quota for earned commissions
