We are seeking a motivated and technically savvy Outside Sales Representative (Field Sales Engineer) to join our team in South Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering compelling presentations, and providing technical solutions that solve real-world challenges. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in South Florida and be willing to travel 50–75% throughout the region. Preferably Bilingual, but not required.

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals within your assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with company objectives.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct site surveys and provide comprehensive reports and recommendations.
  • Deliver dynamic presentations and product demonstrations to end users, integrators, engineers, and distributors.
  • Maintain detailed customer interactions and pipeline updates using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Represent DITEK at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in outside or technical sales, preferably in the electrical or security industry.
  • Proven success managing a sales territory and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate product features, benefits, and technical applications.
  • Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Preferably Bilingual, but not required.
