About The Position

Luxury Bath is seeking talented marketers to join their team as a Field Sales Consultant in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This role involves representing Luxury Bath at retail locations to generate leads and promote their one-day bath solutions and bathroom remodels. Key responsibilities include engaging with event attendees, educating them about offerings, qualifying potential leads, and collecting contact information for sales representatives. The consultant will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining visually appealing event booths and collaborating with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and event success. The company is looking for a proactive, results-driven individual with a flair for event marketing and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the event location.

  • Previous experience in event marketing or sales is preferred but not required.
