About The Position

Sales Associates drive top-line sales growth at an assigned Lowe’s store. This position will be responsible for engaging customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generating customer leads, implementing effective sales and marketing programs, providing exceptional customer service, and managing merchandising. Part-Time Sales Associates are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products.
