About The Position

Sales Associates at an assigned Lowe’s store are responsible for driving top-line sales growth. This part-time position involves engaging customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generating customer leads, implementing effective sales and marketing programs, providing exceptional customer service, and managing merchandising. Sales Associates are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards of products. The role is based at Lowe’s Store #3032 in College Station, TX, with a part-time schedule working weekdays, afternoons, and weekends, subject to business needs.
