The Brand Store Field Sales & Marketing Specialist’s primary focus will be activating event-based sales / bat demos and selling products while creating awareness and driving traffic back to the Cooperstown, NY Pop-Up location. This position will be responsible for coordinating field demos for new and existing Easton/Rawlings Baseball and Softball Products; and assists the Easton/Rawlings Product and Brand teams with player feedback, social media support, and product insights. This position will be required to perform brand store duties as needed which may include but are not limited to helping with day-to-day store operations which may include but are not limited to opening/closing store operations, training store employees, assisting with customers, and providing leadership and guidance to hourly store associates. After an incredible season in Cooperstown last year, we’re thrilled to be coming back! This location is anticipated to be open from May 2026 through October 2026.
