The Manager, Field Safety & Loss Prevention (MFSLP) is responsible for protecting the assets of El Pollo Loco, Inc. while achieving Safety and Loss Prevention goals for assigned regions. This is done by managing, promoting and executing all Safety & Loss Prevention initiatives and programs within an assigned group of restaurants and maintaining a strong partnership at the restaurant, area, and regional levels. At times, the MFSLP will also work with other cross-functional groups to ensure integrated solutions positively impact loss control and accident reduction initiatives.
