Field Safety & Loss Prevention Manager

El Pollo LocoCosta Mesa, CA
Hybrid

About The Position

The Manager, Field Safety & Loss Prevention (MFSLP) is responsible for protecting the assets of El Pollo Loco, Inc. while achieving Safety and Loss Prevention goals for assigned regions. This is done by managing, promoting and executing all Safety & Loss Prevention initiatives and programs within an assigned group of restaurants and maintaining a strong partnership at the restaurant, area, and regional levels. At times, the MFSLP will also work with other cross-functional groups to ensure integrated solutions positively impact loss control and accident reduction initiatives. In 1980 the first American El Pollo Loco opened on Alvarado Street in Los Angeles, quickly becoming a destination for the best citrus-marinated, fire-grilled pollo in town. Over the past four decades, El Pollo Loco has grown into more than 490 restaurants across 7 states, becoming an L.A. mainstay and cultural benchmark along the way.
