About The Position

We’re entering a critical phase of field testing and customer deployment
You’ll operate, install, test, troubleshoot and maintain our robots in a live factory environment
The role is essential to capturing performance data and user feedback
You'll bridge the gap between engineering and the customer by spotting real-world issues early.
Your presence ensures every deployment is professional, safe, and successful

Requirements

• 3+ years of field service or technical support experience, ideally with robotics or automation equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Technically competent with diagnostic tools, software interfaces, and command-line environments.
• Comfortable working at customer site in Covington with professionalism and adaptability.
