The Field Representative serves as the company’s on-site liaison for builder projects and is responsible for field measurements, jobsite inspections, installation coordination, and project completion. This role requires a hands-on presence in the field and the ability to assist with minor service work, punch items, and light installation tasks to ensure homes are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards. This is a field-based role best suited for individuals who enjoy being active on jobsites, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership of project completion. Candidates should be comfortable performing hands-on work when necessary to support builder schedules and customer satisfaction. $45,000 to $50,000 per year. Salary based on experience. Key Responsibilities Field measure homes to verify flooring quantities and job specifications Inspect homes prior to installation to confirm readiness and identify potential jobsite issues Coordinate with builder superintendents, project managers, and installers to maintain project schedules Conduct jobsite visits during installations to support crews and resolve field issues Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with builder requirements • Document and communicate punch items and service needs Coordinate materials or schedule adjustments when necessary to keep projects moving Field Service and Completion Support Perform minor punch work, adjustments, and service repairs as needed to complete projects Assist with troubleshooting and resolving jobsite installation issues Perform light installation tasks associated with builder packages, including mirrors, shower doors, shelving, and similar accessories Address minor construction-related issues that may impact flooring installation or project completion Assist builders with final completion items related to flooring packages and accessory installations • Ensure homes are fully prepared for builder turnover and customer move-in General Duties Maintain organized job documentation and communication with internal teams Represent the company professionally with builders, contractors, and homeowners Perform additional field duties as required to support project completion, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency Duties and responsibilities may evolve based on project needs and operational requirements Role Expectations This role requires a hands-on approach in the field and the ability to perform minor repairs, adjustments, and light installation work when necessary to support jobsite completion.
