What You’ll Do: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our company as a Field Recruiting Assistant. We are looking for a team player to help us with agent recruiting, contracting, and transitioning in collaboration with Home Office partners. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Field Leadership, Agency Development team, and key vendor partners to assist in facilitating agent onboarding. Work closely with Home Office partners to compile data relating to recruiting campaigns and marketing initiatives. Being a team player is key, as you’ll be involved in supporting a wide range of geographical locations covering our 8-state footprint. You will also generate and manage recruiting lead lists and prepare presentation materials to be used by the Agency Development team.

Requirements

  • Two years of relevant experience required.
  • Must maintain confidential information.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI reporting as well corporate accounting, budgeting and expense systems required.
  • Must have strong organizational, communication, and planning/facilitation skills.
  • Strong customer service and public relations skills are necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work 8am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday from our office in West Des Moines, IA.
