About The Position

Temporary Field Recruiter - Smyrna, TN - 2nd Shift (12pm-8pm) Changing Lives One Day at a Time A day as a Field Recruiter might look like the following: Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements

Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
Experience with VMS systems a plus!
Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
Bilingual (Spanish & English)
