Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs
- Daily travel in the home market
- Military service is a plus
- Company truck and fuel provided for work use
Responsibilities
- Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work.
- Help to supervise projects involving subcontractors and be the main point of contact for the customer during the project.
- Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.
- Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects.
- Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.
- Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.
- Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., roofing, gutters, windows, etc.
- Follow all safety procedures.
