About The Position

Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, is seeking a dynamic Branch Sales Manager . Join a team that excels in providing top-notch HVAC/R products, parts, and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. Field Pricing support will partner with the sales team to ensure seamless alignment of pricing strategies. This role will serve as the main pricing ambassador, developing strong relationships with sales stakeholders, and influencing decision-makers at various levels. The primary focus will be on coordinating price studies, managing stakeholder communication, and utilizing competitive intelligence to inform pricing decisions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in pricing, sales, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with pricing tools and systems, such as PriceFx (or similar)
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details; Project Management a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 year/Bachelors in related field preferred, but any combination of experience will be considered
  • 3-5 years’ experience in pricing or related field, preferred experience in HVAC or distribution

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment with pricing strategies and develop strong relationships with CE sales stakeholders
  • Coordinate price studies with Carrier, including submitting, following up, and loading approved quotes and rebates into PriceFx
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, including Sales Development Rep (SDR's) / Sales Development Director, Market Leaders, VP of Legacy / Wholesale / Institutional, and Region Presidents
  • Consolidate market pricing data to inform price studies
  • Manage dealer add requests via HVAC Partners, load approved rebates and pricing, and follow up on statuses and rejections
  • Assist in providing accurate and timely information for price books in collaboration with Product Management
