About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Training Coordinator to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the VFT (Virtual Field Technician) FT and Flex Training Programs, which equips Field Pros to work virtual shifts within the Customer Care organization, along with other Field Training programs. This role will serve as the program's architect and operational lead, ensuring that training is effective, scalable, and aligned with both Field and Care goals. You will collaborate closely with Field Ops leadership, Customer Care Training stakeholders, and a dedicated VFT Trainer to deliver a seamless and high-impact learning experience for our flex workforce.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in training program design, project management, or enablement
  • Experience supporting field teams, remote learning programs, or cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong organization and communication skills; able to synthesize input from multiple teams
  • Experience using LMS platforms, project tracking tools, and training documentation systems
  • Data-minded approach to evaluating performance and iterating content
  • Field or customer support background preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Vivint Field Pros, Field Support teams, and the Sales and Install Process
  • Proven experience synthesizing learning to prioritize simplified learning and retention, focusing on the most important skills and takeaways
  • High desire for feedback and ability to implement feedback

Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and iterate the VFT Flex training curriculum, resources, and learning paths
  • Project manage cohort schedules, enrollment, and coordination between Field and Care teams
  • Partner with the Care Training VFT Trainer to ensure content reflects current tools, systems, and workflows
  • Track program success through cohort performance, retention, and post-training metrics
  • Collect feedback and facilitate quarterly reviews to continuously improve training delivery and content
  • Provide facilitation support during pilot cohorts or peak need, or with other Field Training Programs as needed
  • Create and maintain documentation, job aids, SOPs, and LMS content
  • Align VFT Flex training with Field new hire and uptraining experiences to ensure consistency
  • Serve as the key liaison between Field Ops Training and Care Training for the VFT Flex Program
